Why is liver cancer hematochezia
Patients with liver cancer are prone to hematochezia, which often indicates gastrointestinal bleeding. It may be upper gastrointestinal bleeding, because the portal vein pressure caused by liver addiction is too high, resulting in esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding. Lower gastrointestinal bleeding refers to local intestinal mucosal erosion and bleeding, and may also be due to hemorrhoids bleeding around anus.
